The project  aims to address unemployment and underemployment in Rwanda with a special focus on womens empowerment. It aims to promote gender equality through the provision of specialized services for women in the business development and tourism sectors. Key objectives include building capacity for advocacy, creating business development services tailored to women entrepreneurs, and establishing services for women in the tourism industry. In collaboration with various partners, GFA will design and implement these services, focusing on training, coaching and networking to increase womens economic empowerment and promote sustainable development in Rwanda.
