Šabac District Heating - Feasibility Study

The project assessed the feasibility and bankability of financing, through a public private partnership (PPP) or a loan to the City of Šabac/Šabac District Heating Company, the construction and operation of a new biomass fuelled heat only generation plant (total capacity of 20 MW thermal) or an equivalent combined heat and power (CHP) based alternative to serve the existing DH network in Šabac.
