Improving the quality of employment for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Egypt

For the BMZ/GIZ project Labour Market Access Project (LMAP) in Egypt, GFA implements one field of activity: Improving the quality of employment for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).The project's objective is to improve the employment situation for young Egyptians. Within the framework of the project, various companies were invited to take part in a “job quality competition”. The winners and their concepts are shown in a short brochure. Besides a supervisory skills training for supervisors in the manufacturing industry, the companies implemented measures to improve the quality of employment.
