VISIT OF THE PRESPA PROJECT IN ALBANIA ON THE OCCASION OF GFA´s 40TH ANNIVERSARY
Linked with GFA´s 40th anniversary celebrations, Anja Desai, GFA managing director, as well as Paul van der Poel, GFA director Natural Resources Management and Environment, visited Albania last week. During the visit to Prespa, the two GFA representatives met with RAPA Korça staff and also got acquainted with the investments supported by the Prespa project, such as the renovation of houses with energy efficiency measures, the renovation of the roof and platform in the church of St. Mary in Maligrad, linear planting, quick start measures, etc. They were impressed by the work done by the Prespa project and amazed by the natural beauty that Prespa offers as well as the high tourist potential that it offers.
