As a result of intensified project implementation and growing expertise in Vietnam since 1993, GFA established a representative office in Hanoi in 1996. At that time, we were one of the first private consulting companies to do so. Today, the GFA Representative Office Hanoi is well integrated into the company’s Asian network of offices and projects in China, Bangladesh, and Indonesia. Our office has been successfully providing technical and financial assistance for more than 30 projects and assignments in a variety of sectors. Currently, the GFA Office Hanoi supports 15 projects nationwide. During 17 years of development cooperation in Vietnam, GFA and its Representative Office Hanoi have become trusted partners of choice for different ministries and provinces as well as donors such as ADB, EC, KFW, GIZ, and others. Based on our excellent reputation, we continue to extend our network of Vietnamese experts, clients, and counterparts at all levels.
Our Services
We provide advisory services that strive for high-quality management and safeguard international standards in operation. Our core competence is in identifying and managing development assistance projects in GFA’s strategic business areas. Market research on trade and investment opportunities helps procure appropriate local business partners. We facilitate foreign business activities in Vietnam, e.g. in terms of investment or business licenses, labor employment and recruitment, and market forecast and promotion. In addition to our high-quality services, established products and methods developed by GFA contribute to the company’s success.
