Cadastre and real estate registration

The aim of this project was to establish a coherent and complete cadastre and land register for the city of Ganja and Sheki Rayon. Through training and procurement, GFA fostered Azerbaijan’s own administration capacity. Our experts provided support in tendering the systematic survey and data collection for 120,000 parcels and 40,000 buildings. A public awareness campaign ensured that data were accessible and used for registration by private property owners.
