Innovative training in the milk value chain, phase 2
The global Green Innovation Centers for Agriculture and Food program aimed to improve smallholder farmers incomes and food security in targeted regions through innovation in the agriculture and food sector. The program was implemented in 14 countries. The IAAA in Tunisia was one of the 14 country programs. Innovative training was a subcomponent of the Tunisian IAAA program. It aimed to increase dairy farm productivity and improve milk quality along the dairy value chain. The approach and components of the training subcomponent were:
- Consolidation of the training approach and program
- Sustainable scaling up of the training approach
- Institutionalize the innovative training approach
