Innovative training in the milk value chain, phase 2
The global program “Green innovation centres for the agriculture and food sector” aims to improve the income of smallholder farmers as well as food security in the target regions through innovations in the agriculture and food sector. The program operates in 14 countries. IAAA in Tunisia is one of the 14 country programs. The innovative training is a subcomponent of the Tunisian IAAA program. It envisages increasing dairy farm productivity and improve milk quality along the milk value chain. Approach and components of the training subcomponent are:
- Consolidation of the training approach and training program
- Sustainable upscaling of the training approach
- Institutionalization of the innovative training approach
