Innovative training in the milk value chain, phase 2
The global Green Innovation Centers for Agriculture and Food program aims to improve smallholder farmers incomes and food security in targeted regions through innovation in the agriculture and food sector. The program operates in 14 countries. The IAAA in Tunisia is one of the 14 country programs. Innovative training is a subcomponent of the Tunisian IAAA program. It aims to increase dairy farm productivity and improve milk quality along the dairy value chain. The approach and components of the training subcomponent are:
- Consolidation of the training approach and training program
- Sustainable upscaling of the training approach
- Institutionalization of the innovative training approach
