Resource tracking for global nutrition
At the Nutrition for Growth (N4G) Summit in London 2013, a number of donors committed to increase their investment in nutrition to scale up nutrition specific and sensitive actions by 2020. To increase accountability and improve tracking of external development assistance for nutrition, a SUN DONOR Network working group on resource tracking developed a common methodology for tracking financial investments in nutrition. These investments in nutrition are documented in the Global Nutrition Report - a report card on the world’s nutrition, globally, regionally, and country by country, and on efforts to improve it.
GFA supported the BMZ with the resource tracking of their nutrition investments according to the SUN Donor Network Resource Tracking Method.
