Credit guarantees for employment and green economic growth

The project encompassed the development of a new credit guarantee scheme in the Palestinian Territories to promote green economic growth and sustainable employment. Managed by the European Palestinian Credit Guarantee Foundation (EPCGF), it focused on supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including start-ups and women-owned businesses, through financial inclusion and capacity building. With a financial volume of 10 million euros, the scheme improved MSMEs access to green financing and facilitated environmentally friendly business transformations, fostering job creation and economic resilience in a fragile context.
