Promotion of social and communal Infrastructure

The project involved the analysis of the project executing agency (PEA) for a financial cooperation initiative led by KfW in Moldova. Focused on enhancing social infrastructure, the initiative included the development of kindergartens, schools, water treatment facilities, and energy-efficient buildings. The PEA was to oversee sub-projects aimed at improving access to essential services. The assignment included evaluating the PEAs institutional and operational capacity, developing risk assessments, and recommending capacity building measures to ensure effective project implementation aligned with international standards and sustainable development goals.
