Municipal energy management certification in Ukraine

The Municipal Energy Management Certification Ukraine (MEMCU) project helps Ukrainian cities improve their energy management capacity by supporting their engagement in the European Energy Award (EEA). It will help the national and regional levels to operationalize new legislation on energy efficiency and regional development, thereby creating an enabling environment for the EEA certification scheme. In addition, the project will support up to 25 municipalities to design and implement demonstration projects.
