Technical support to CI-ENERGIES

To support Ivory Coast in achieving its energy ambitions, the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) and  the EU are financing the "Program for Access to Electricity and Renewable Electricity Production". As part of the execution of the program, CI ENERGIES (Ivory Coast energy company) had created a Project Management Unit (PMU) within it, which, based on the existing organization and staff, supported the challenges of the program. The objectives of the project were:

• to provide support to the PMU for the implementation of the program (assistance to the contracting authority);
• to strengthen the capacities of CI-ENERGIES agents in general and PMU members in particular;
• to report on the progress of the program according to the five components.
