Final evaluation PFM II

The evaluation intended to enhance inclusive public service delivery in Sindh, Balochistan, and at the federal level. It focused on strengthening Public Financial Management (PFM), improving budgeting processes, macroeconomic modelling, fiscal planning, and performance reporting with a focus on SDGs and gender equity. Implemented by Oxford Policy Management since 2020, the programme supported capacity-building in budgeting, internal controls, and cash planning while fostering PFM reform strategies. Extended to October 2024, its final evaluation assessed the programmes impact on service delivery and reform objectives.
