Operational and managerial training for wastewater treatment plants

Danida Business Finance (DBF) provides loans for financing five wastewater projects and a water supply project in different provinces of Vietnam. GFAs objective was to strengthen wastewater utilities in the implementation, operation and maintenance of the DBF-funded wastewater treatment plants. GFA provided services related to the organizational strengthening of service utilities and training implementation. This included capacity building by means of developing a suitable training methodology and training materials, preparing and implementing training seminars, and advising operational and managerial staff.
