Contract value: 1,098,368 EUR

The MOVE-HET project aimed to improve the orientation of vocational education and training to increasingly meet the needs of the Jordanian labor market. The project strengthened the information base to improve cooperation between actors, promoted partnerships between universities and companies to improve employment prospects and established a center of excellence as a model institution for cooperative vocational training. GFA managed four pools with experts providing expertise on academic and pedagogical matters, as well as aspects related to in-company training, in order to establish and improve cooperative vocational training on three levels of the JNQF, ranging from skilled worker, technical diploma to Bachelor level. In addition, expertise was provided on improving cooperation between education providers and the local private sector, as well as advice to national stakeholders in the further development of the NQF and other relevant legislation.
