The objective of this framework programe (Lot 9) is to provide short-term technical assistance that can be mobilized at short notice. Assistance may be required at any stage of the project cycle and within any technical field including: education sector reform, school management, life skills, labor market, employment and TVET policies etc. Services are provided in the following areas: policy advice and reform, legislation, regulations and law enforcement, institutional capacity development, and training and research.
