Integrated urban development in Ukraine - Lot 1 Poltava
The Integrated Urban Development in Ukraine (ISU) project supported the city of Poltava in the development of integrated urban development concepts. The project thus made an important contribution to a central reform concern of the Ukrainian government in the field of decentralization and the introduction of local self-government. On the one hand, the project supported capacity development of administrators and selected civil society organizations to manage an integrated urban development concept and jointly developed such a concept for the city or selected neighborhoods. On the other, the project supported the development of technical plans and the design of a selected infrastructure project based on the integrated urban development concept as well as the development and implementation of a pilot project.
