Fund for the support for communal development (FADeC III)
The objective of the project was to improve the national budget transfer mechanism of the FADeC, in particular the control of the use of the funds, and the use of the financial resources of the FADeC by all municipalities of Benin for the realization of communal investments in conformity with the principles of good governance. The project had two components: 1. "Investment Component", 2. "Investment Support Component". The aim of Component II was to improve the use of FADeC funds destined for investments in municipalities.
