Municipal Water Infrastructure

As part of the KfW-financed Municipal Water Infrastructure Project, GFA implemented accompanying measures that improved the financial, commercial and technical performance of the Chernivitsi Vodokanal.The objective was to complement rehabilitation and construction works with training and coaching in order to strengthen managerial and technical capacities. Services were focused on organizational development, business planning, financial and commercial management, monitoring and technical operations.
