Strengthening the representation of women and vulnerable groups in employment-related decisions

The project aims to increase the representation and participation of women and vulnerable groups in employment-related decision-making processes throughout Togo. Using gender-responsive and transformative approaches, it supports capacity building through targeted training, organisational development and advocacy for policy change. The initiative focuses on addressing structural barriers to inclusion, promoting individual and collective empowerment, and increasing economic opportunities for marginalised groups, particularly young women and people with disabilities. proEmploi is a GG2 project with a focus on gender transformative approaches.
