Citizens engagement and innovative data use for Africa’s development
The Citizens Engagement and Innovative Data Use for Africa’s Development (DataCipation) program seeked to strengthen the engagement between organs of the African Union (AU), the latter’s member states and citizens by leveraging data, digital and non-digital approaches for good governance and development. The three-year program 2020-2023 supported AU organs in their quest to deepen citizens’ engagement and the role of data, digital and non-digital approaches in their programs and initiatives.
