Support to parliament and civil society organizations

GFA was in charge of implementing Lot 2 of this program. It supported non-state actors as they work towards good governance and accountability. The program helped civil society organizations gain a foothold in policy making and policy implementation and enhance their role as social entrepreneurs, e.g. through the organization of study tours, capacity building measures, and the creation of civil society networks. In particular, the project emphasized contributions of women and youth.
