Peace building by improving employability (ENDIGO)
The project forms part of the priority area peace building and crisis prevention of German Development Cooperation in Timor Leste. The objective of the project is to enable young people from disadvantaged rural regions to make better use of opportunities for income and employment. The project is organized in four action fields:
- Vocational orientation and counselling
- Vocational qualification
- Intergenerational dialogue and conflict transformation
- Youth employment policy
GFA is responsible for the implementation of the first field, which involves the development, implementation and evaluation of concepts and measures of active labor market policy in collaboration with the Secretariat of State for Vocational Training Policy and Employment (SEPFOPE).
