Transforming Administration - Strengthening Innovation (TRANSFORMASI)
The project supported the improvement of the capacities of responsible public administration units for a continuous transformation in human resource management, including improvement of public service delivery. The three fields of action comprised:
- To improve the conditions for the strategic personnel management of general administrative staff in the civil service,
- the introduction of a specialist career in financial management by the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance in the Ministry of Finance (in pilot municipalities),
- to strengthening the capacities of the participating institutions to introduce the national complaint handling system and the model for transferring good practices in the delivery of services (primarily in the province of East Java).
