DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES FOR Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises AND JOB CREATION

The GFA concept underscores the critical role of economic growth in creating jobs and income, particularly within the framework of inclusive growth that benefits the poor. Recognizing that micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are vital for economic development and employment, GFA offers targeted support to unlock their full potential for job creation and sustainability. Our initiatives include, among others, human capacity development to run and expand businesses, tailored support through incubators and accelerators, as well as export promotion and market entry strategies.

Additionally, we strengthen business support institutions to provide effective services to MSMEs. GFA also supports governments in fostering a conducive business environment for the private sector, for example by assisting with necessary legal and regulatory reforms.
