School sector reform plan (Lot 9)

The project aimed at assessing whether, and how, inputs and activities of the Education Sector Plan contributed to achieving outputs, outcomes and impact targets; and how they contributed to the design of the post SSRP Education Sector Plan.

GFA provided evaluation findings and recommendations on how to improve policy and service delivery with particular regard to the challenge of improving quality and learning. Lessons learned and practical recommendations relevant for education sector policy and the future preparation of plans were identified and documented, thus facilitating the smooth transition from the current education sector plan to the next one.
