Promotion of Technical Vocational Education and Training (ProTVET III)
The project “Promotion of Technical Vocational Education and Training” (ProTVET III) in Namibia supports the improvement of the national TVET system by strengthening governance, regulatory frameworks, and institutional capacities. The project promotes labour market relevance through enhanced cooperation between TVET providers and companies, including the expansion of apprenticeship opportunities. It further supports the development of centres of excellence, strengthens the self-governance of TVET institutions, and improves the availability and competencies of TVET teachers. In addition, the project fosters the expansion of digital learning offers across institutions to increase efficiency and the absorption capacity of TVET providers.
