Jordan
KfW, 2015 - 2023
Contract value: 1,399,700 EUR

The project team improved energy efficiency in public buildings and therefore reduced the energy consumption and CO2 emissions. GFA supported the implementation of specific energy efficiency measures in selected public buildings throughout Jordan. The project delivered a broad range of services including a program concept (work plan, investment planning, tender planning) and implemented the program structure (technical management unit, and steering committee). GFA supported the Ministry of Public Works and Housing to identify buildings and EE measures which had to be implemented as well as to develop and implement an energy controlling and management system. Further activities included the planning and conducting of training measures, program monitoring, and an impact assessment.
