Energy Efficiency Framework

The framework aims to provide development support and debt financing for projects using the EnPC approach that meet the required commercial, technical and environmental standards. This will be achieved both by demonstrating the viability of performance contracting under the first publicly financed loans and through awareness raising and capacity building.
