On 4 April, 2025, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to launch Phase 2 of the Act4Health project. The first Hamburg Sustainability Conference took place in Hamburg on 7 and 8 October. The conference brought together representatives from politics, science, business, civil society, and international organisations to develop solutions for the challenges of our time.
For many years, the EU has supported Jamaica in its efforts to reduce poverty. In 2024, GFA completed an ex-post evaluation with the assistance of two short-term experts. The objective of the evaluation was to provide the EU, as client, and interested stakeholders with an overall independent assessment of the performance of the Poverty Reduction Programme (PRP) IV, key lessons learned, conclusions and recommendations for future interventions.
Cooperation as a guiding principle: In mid-September, GFA Consulting Group participated in the 17th National Urban Development Policy Congress in Heidelberg, which focused on community-oriented urban development in the context of local and international cooperation.
